At Lift Firth Park, we are constantly looking for ways to improve how we communicate with
our families and ensure that you have direct access to the right support when you need it.
To streamline our reporting process, we are pleased to launch a dedicated attendance line
starting tomorrow. Please direct all attendance/absence-related calls to this new line
rather than the main switchboard:
● New Attendance Number: 0114 257 4000
● Opening Times: From 07:45am every school day
Any attendance/absence calls made to the switchboard will be redirected accordingly.
Directly connecting you to Attendance Support
This new initiative is designed to give you earlier and more direct access to our specialist
attendance team. By calling this line, you can report absences quickly and speak with
support staff who can assist with any attendance-related questions.

To ensure your queries are handled by the right department as efficiently as possible,
please use the following channels:
● General Queries: For most other school matters, please continue to email us at
contactus@liftfirthpark.org
● Behaviour & Detentions: Information regarding your child’s behaviour points and
detentions can be viewed in real-time via the Arbor Parent App. We encourage all
parents to check the app regularly to stay updated on their child's progress.
We hope this new dedicated line makes the morning routine a little easier for you and
helps us work together to support your child’s attendance and success.
